Key Responsibility

Handle the seafreight shipments timely and professionally, make sure the shipment to be arranged efficiently and safely

Ensure the reasonable GP gained of each shipment

Manage to settle the accident in efficient and professional manner

Requirements

College graduated

Above 2 year seafreight operation experience in international forwarder is preferred

Excellent command both of oral and written English

Key Responsibility

Be in charge of overall VAT invoice procedure and management

Obey company accounting policy and regulations strictly

Handle the accounting issues assigned by Finance Manager timely and accurately

Communicate and cooperate with the parties concerned to make sure the VAT invoice procedure smoothly and efficiently

Prepare VAT invoice report to management

Ensure VAT red invoice under reasonable level

Requirements

Above college degree majored in Accounting or Finance management

Above 3 years similar experience in Finance Department of international forwarder

Good command of English

Key Responsibility

Sales Target Setting and Achievements: To fulfill team and individual Sales GP & Volume Target in line with company strategy conducted by Branch Manager and GM of Sales, South China & HK.

Focus on local controlled freight business (Sea & Air) development in Fujian Province (Xiamen & Fuzhou), and follow up the product, solution and trade line focus given by senior management.

Keep high data quality of KN CRM System CoreLog to manage customer relationship and sales activities of the team.

Requirements

More than 5 years experience on sales function in logistics industry and 3 years above with team responsibility

Key Responsibility

Promoting sales & marketing activities with prime focus and development of company product and service (Air & Sea)

To follow and take action on the sales targets given by the Sales Manager ensuring volume achievement and maximum GP returns

To do continuous targeting and to develop high profile key accounts in line with direction given by the Team manager, as well as maintaining contact to existing accounts

To communicate with overseas & regional counterparts to enhance communication and co-operation on key product initiatives and trade lanes

Focusing on highest possible data quality, visibility and usage of CRM-tool Core Log.
