1、MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN　维修技术员

Responsibilities:职责

• Work on preventive and emergency maintenance of machinery (conveyor belts, punching, bending, cutting machines).

• Manufacture tools and structures for production (workbench, shelves, etc.).

• Check, install and repair the electrical systems.

• General maintenance of the building.

• 负责机器设备的预防性维护与突发性事故处理(传送带，冲压，折弯与切割设备等)

• 负责生产制造工具，以及与生产相关的结构模块的维护(工作台，架子等)

• 负责电气设备与系统的检查，安装，与维修

• 负责车间厂房的基本维护

Requirements要求:

• Specific safety training for forklift drivers.

• Three years of experience as Maintenance Technician in industry.

• Mechanical or electrical educational background.

• Weld knowledge.

• Electrical maintenance and installation Knowledge.

• Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems knowledge.

• 会开叉车

• 生产制造行业 3年左右的维修技术员的经验

• 机械或者电气教育背景

• 具备焊接的知识

• 具备电气维护与安装的知识

• 气动与液压系统方面的知识

• 有车间车床/机床维护经验

Other skills 技能:

• Team work.

2、PRODUCTION PLANNER

Responsibilities:

• Guarantee on time deliveries to our customers.

• Plan and create production orders according to sales.

• Monitor production capacity.

• Codify pieces and product structures according to the “product map” and “product data sheet”.

• Manage purchases.

• To keep a safety stock.

• Do the MRP process.

• Supervise suppliers’ deliveries.

• Supervise the CAM programming of the automatic punching machines (tooling, times, distribution of production between different machines).

Requirements:

• Three years experience of working as Production planner and industrial buyer.

• Bachelor’s degree in either Mechanical or Industrial engineering.
